My Son/Daughter is an Athlete, What Should They Be Taking?

This time of year means Fall Sports are getting ready to start their seasons. One of the most frequent questions I’m getting and always get this time of year is: “What AdvoCare products should my son/daughter be taking to help them feel better and perform better?”

Because everyone’s goals and needs are different, I’d encourage you to contact me and we can chat about what it is your son/daughter needs (Hydration, Recovery, Fuel, Core Nutrition, etc.). Then, we can put together a package that makes sense for them and you.

Make sure and visit our OFFICIAL SITE and check out AdvoCare’s background in safety, who Endorses our products, our Doctors that create our products and Sports Advisory Council that works with AdvoCare on developing the best products possible for athletes. Also check out 3 of our most popular packages for High School/College Athletes. I have made 3 bundle packages (2 month supply) for your convenience on our Home Page.

Champions In Training-Something to Think About…

I had the opportunity to watch Champions in training today at The University of Notre Dame. I obviously thought of my kids growing and achieving. It made me look at my dreams and goals. It also made me think of AdvoCare in many ways. What is your end goal? What are the results you’re currently experiencing? If you keep repeating the same steps in life and in your career, I’m about 100% certain you’ll be getting the same results next week as you will be 5 or 10 years from now. If you have a goal(s), what is your focus and plan to achieve those goals? Someone can’t just show up to a college campus and say, “Hi, I’m your new starting QB, where’s my playbook!” No, if you want to be a starting QB within a winning program, you must have focus. Then you must take that focus and zero in on a plan. After identifying the plan, you need to start taking steps that compound and build upon each prior step to get you closer to your goal. If your persistent, focused, maybe fine tune some things in the process as you go-but never wavering from the purpose, I’m 100% certain you’ll be closer to those goals than going on with your current routine. A routine is just that, you’re going through motions. Another word that comes to mind is Insanity-doing the same things over and over, expecting different results.

So, if your goal is to lose weight, don’t keep eating the same foods and finding the same excuses not to walk, run or work out! Get focused, identify a plan and start changing your body today. If your goal is to have more energy and get better results from the time and effort you’re putting into your workouts-it’s time to refine. Get focused on the best nutritional supplements, food and fitness plan. Then commit and follow through with the necessary changes to get you the results your chasing down. And, if your goal is to change your life, have more money & options, have more time with your family, achieve without earning for someone else, or maybe it’s because you have a passion to help others and be rewarded for doing so is the bonus-then now is the time to focus. The you can get a plan and start moving on it.

Without hesitation, I will tell you the answer for all the above statements can be AdvoCare. Start training like a champion. Don’t settle for a routine. Don’t settle for “Table scraps from a company or a boss who makes all the profits from your hard work, while you get some scraps. You wouldn’t walk into TGIF and after looking the menu over say, “I’ll just finish eating whatever is left on the plates of table #37 over there-I sure hope they enjoyed their meal.”  You still have to work-at least for awhile. Do you want to work 40 or 50 hours a week, so that someone else can live large off your work (enjoying the meal, while you taste the scraps)? Or would you rather be working for yourself, by where your performance determines how much your check will be with no cap. By where you can earn $9, $12 or $16 in 2 minutes vs. an hour. By where you can earn bonuses every 2 weeks, even when you’re brand new in recognition of doing a stellar job.

Instead of looking at Champions and saying, “That would be nice” or “Maybe someday,” start training and quit hoping that a sack of money is going to fall from the sky-It Isn’t. Stop whining and start winning. Don’t buy into the scheme that diet pop is going to help you lose weight-It’s pop, it won’t help you lose weight.

If you’re at a place where I myself have been on a number of these issues mentioned above, I invite you to get informed, catch the vision/truth and get a plan and then determine if you’re going to commit to life change. But, please don’t just keep thinking you’re going to reach your goal, by doing the same thing that isn’t working today. Get in touch with me and let me know what your goals are: aarondewinter@comcast.net

A starting QB doesn’t get the playbook until he makes the decision of achieving that goal. Then he must get a plan and start working towards that goal. For those that stay focused, work hard with dedication and consistency, and for those that do not waiver at every turn or chance? Those QB’s get a offer-an opportunity, a locker with a name plate, a playbook for success and a larger opportunity to go out and perform. The reward-well it’s different for different QB’s. But, like a QB going from high school to college and then maybe to the NFL-So can you identify your goal, get informed and get the facts, pick up the plan or playbook and then start taking steps to work towards those goals. You can win your championship! I challenge you to identify what your championship looks like. Once you know what you want and what it looks like, ask yourself-can you get there in the current process? If not, it may be time to look at a new plan (Plan B). AdvoCare is that Plan B for Nutrition, Wellness and Wealth. ~an inspired Aaron DeWinter
